About ArtSpace
The ArtSpace at Appleton Museum of Art represents a unique approach to art education and engagement in Marion County. This innovative interactive space was thoughtfully designed to accommodate visitors of every age and ability, making art accessible and enjoyable for the entire family.
Made possible through the generous donation of Daniel M. Kraus and Mary B. Kraus, the ArtSpace serves as a bridge between traditional museum experiences and hands-on learning. The colorful activity stations encourage visitors to not just observe art, but to actively participate in the creative process.
Located within the prestigious Appleton Museum of Art on the College of Central Florida campus, the ArtSpace benefits from the museum's world-class collection and educational expertise. This connection allows for seamless integration between passive art appreciation and active artistic creation.
