The 35th Annual Live Oak International Combined Driving and Show Jumping Tournament returns to Live Oak Stud, a 5,000-acre thoroughbred breeding farm just 12 miles west of Historic Downtown Ocala. America's largest combined driving and show jumping event — and the only tournament in the United States to offer international combined driving and show jumping at the same competition — draws more than 25,000 spectators over four days to watch top athletes from Europe and North America compete. Attendees can sit under covered bleachers or on lawn chairs and blankets, explore a flourishing vendor area, and enjoy hospitality opportunities. Guest shuttles run throughout the day. The event also features a Tailgating Competition with prizes.
Members-only celebration for the opening of the "My Country 'Tis of Thee" exhibition, which brings together three centuries of American art and design. Experience a special preview of this remarkable collection showcasing the American artistic spirit.
Ocala Civic Theatre presents Steel Magnolias, the beloved comedy-drama set in 1980s Louisiana. Truvy's beauty salon is a second home on Saturdays to half a dozen women who share their joys and sorrows. As Truvy says, "Laughter through tears is my favorite emotion." Multiple performance dates available including evening shows and matinees.
Celebrate St. Patrick's Day weekend with a festive run filled with Irish cheer! This family-friendly event features a 5K Run/Walk starting at 8:00 AM and the Irish Eyes are Mile'ing Kids 1-Mile Fun Run at 9:30 AM. All participants receive St. Paddy's themed race bibs, and 5K participants get a soft race t-shirt and custom finisher medal. Perfect for runners of all levels looking to add some Irish luck to their racing calendar. Professional race timing and organization provided by Radical Runs.
The World Equestrian Center welcomes the world's 10 best show jumping teams for the second leg of the Longines League of Nations, competing for more than $1.4 million in prize money. The week culminates with the $350,000 Grand Prix CSIO5* on Thursday, March 19. The 2026 teams include reigning series champions Great Britain and the return of Brazil. This is one of the most prestigious international equestrian competitions held in the United States and a highlight of the Winter Spectacular series. Free admission for spectators. Grand Prix dining experience tickets available separately.
