Paddock Mall Hours, Stores, Dining & Directions in Ocala

Where is Paddock Mall in Ocala?

Paddock Mall is a shopping center in Ocala, Florida, located on State Road 200 (College Road) east of Interstate 75. It offers department stores, national retailers, restaurants and services in one place. Check the mall's official website for current store hours, since they can change seasonally and on holidays.

The street address is 3100 SW College Rd, Ocala, FL 34474, southwest of downtown Ocala. The mall opened on August 13, 1980, and CBL Properties bought it from Washington Prime Group on July 29, 2025. The biggest recent change is at the old Sears: Sears closed in 2018, and the building reopened in December 2025 as Paddock Market, a marketplace with spaces for small shops, restaurants and services. A local news report at the opening said only some vendors had opened and that hours varied by vendor.

New in 2026: jewelry and accessories brand Lovisa opened in July, and La Dolce Vita Café, the second location of Ocala's SR 200 gelato shop, opened in September near the food court.

This list follows the mall's own online directory as of October 9, 2026. Stores open and close often, so check the official directory before making a special trip for one shop.
