About Easy Street by FunWorks
Easy Street by Funworks is a family entertainment center at 2727 SW 27th Avenue on the southwest side of Ocala in Marion County. It is one of four Funworks family fun centers in North Central and Northeast Florida; the others are in Gainesville, Orange Park and Mandarin.
The go-kart track runs single- and double-seat gasoline karts built on steel chassis with Honda motors. Drivers must be at least 56 inches tall, and passengers at least 42 inches, so younger children can ride along with a parent or older sibling. The miniature golf course winds up a hill, down a waterfall, around rocks and over a bridge.
Indoors, the arcade has more than 60 video and prize redemption games, from newer titles such as Transformers and Gold Fishing to classics like air hockey and Ice Ball. All games run on an Easy Street game card, and tickets can be traded for prizes at the Stuff Shop.
Easy Street also has a rock climbing wall, the STRIKES batting cages, and Water Wars, a team water balloon game. Its newest attraction, Lazer Maze: The Vault, turns the lights down and fills a room with laser beams that players try to get through without touching.
Easy Treats Ice Cream Parlor and Grill serves hand-dipped ice cream, made-to-order pizza, burgers, hot dogs and snacks, so a visit does not have to end at lunchtime.
