About This Event

Freedom Public Library hosts a free community workshop defining Alzheimer's disease and dementia, explaining how dementia affects the brain, and demonstrating compassionate caregiving techniques. Led by Debbie Selsavage of Coping with Dementia LLC, the session helps family members and caregivers interpret dementia behaviors and communicate more effectively with their loved ones. People living with dementia are welcome to attend. Registration required due to limited space.
