Tom's Park is a well-loved City of Ocala neighborhood park covering 11.6 acres along North Magnolia Avenue. What sets this park apart from many city parks is its fishing pond — a tranquil water feature that draws casual anglers and birdwatchers alike. The pond's natural habitat attracts a variety of water birds, making it a surprisingly scenic spot for a city park.

A paved walking path circles the park, providing a pleasant route for morning walks, jogging, or an after-work stroll. Exercise and fitness equipment stations along the path offer opportunities for outdoor workouts without a gym membership. For families, the playground equipment gives younger children a place to play while parents enjoy the shaded grounds.

The park includes picnic pavilions with grills — ideal for small cookouts and family gatherings — as well as a basketball court for pick-up games. Restrooms and water fountains are available on-site. Lighted courts and fields extend usability into the evening hours until 10:00 PM.
