Grumbles House

Grumbles House Antiques & Garden Shop is at 20799 Walnut Street in downtown Dunnellon. According to the shop's website, the main building is a four-bedroom house built in 1908, when Dunnellon was growing after the discovery of phosphate, and the current owners bought the business in 1996.

Inside, the shop carries antiques and pieces to repurpose, unique gifts, stained glass, home decor, gourmet foods, bath and body products and handmade work from local artists. Outside, between the property's three buildings, it sells balance stakes and spinners, seasonal plants and flowering trees, pottery planters, birdbaths, fountains, stepping stones and yard art, along with native plants, herbs, shrubs, houseplants, vegetables and fruit trees. The shop also consigns antiques and gently used items and conducts estate and moving sales.

Cedar Street Boutique, the building behind Grumbles House at 11875 Cedar St, sells ladies' clothing, jewelry and accessories, lighting, some furniture, a small men's clothing section and home decor. Sweeties' Cafe & Tea House operates in a WWII Army barracks building on the property; the shop's website describes a late-breakfast and lunch menu of items such as scones, waffles, sandwiches, salads, quiche, tomato pie and soup, with afternoon tea by reservation.
