How to Join My Chili's Rewards
- Sign up in the Chili's app (on the App Store or Google Play), at chilis.com/register, or on the tabletop device at the table in a participating Chili's.
- Enter the details Chili's asks for, which can include name, email address, phone number, date of birth and marketing preferences.
- Accept the program terms. Members must be at least 18, a legal resident of one of the 50 states, and have an active email address and phone number.
- Opt in to offers to be eligible for the personalized bonus rewards.
Chili's allows one personal account per member, and rewards cannot be transferred, shared or exchanged for cash. Account questions go to Chili's Guest Engagement at 1-800-983-4637, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Central time.
How to Use Chili's Rewards in Ocala
Dining in
When dining in, the member logs in on the Chili's app or the restaurant's tabletop device and selects the reward when ordering. The $5 minimum applies to the chips and salsa and the birthday dessert.
Ordering online
For pickup or delivery from either Ocala location, the member picks the reward at checkout on chilis.com or in the app. Both Ocala restaurants also offer alcohol to go.
Under the terms, a reward cannot be used in the same transaction in which it was issued or earned; rewards are for future visits. Chili's can change or end any benefit without notice, so the expiration shown on each reward in the app is the one that counts.
