About the program

Angels in Arms is the early childhood program of Blessed Trinity parish, the Catholic church and school campus just south of downtown Ocala. Its page says the program is sponsored by Blessed Trinity Church and has operated since 1988, and it describes itself as a Christian, developmentally appropriate setting that welcomes children of all faiths.

Classes run from infants and toddlers through 2K, 3K, 4K and 5K, and the center is an approved VPK provider. Its state record also lists School Readiness, the subsidized child care program run by the Early Learning Coalition of Marion County, and a licensed capacity of 271 children, one of the larger church programs in the county.

Demand is high. When we checked in October 2026, the center listed every level as full and said the waitlist for the 2027–28 year opens in November. Families who want a spot should call early and ask how the waitlist works.

Before you visit

Call ahead to ask about openings for your child's age, the current tuition and registration fees, and how faith is part of the day. If you plan to use VPK, apply for a Certificate of Eligibility through the Early Learning Coalition of Marion County before you enroll; the provider needs it to hold a VPK seat. Our tour checklist covers ratios, staff screening, safety and pickup rules.
