2026 Parade of Homes: Marion County Builders Open Model Homes Nov. 6-8 and 13-15

What It Is
The Parade is a self-guided tour of new model homes built by MCBIA member builders around Marion County. MCBIA's Parade page describes it as open to the public: visitors tour at their own pace, look at floor plans, finishes and design styles, and meet the builders. The association lists Brije Homes as the featured builder on its event listing. The second weekend, Nov. 13-15, is judging weekend.

Map, Homes and App
As of Oct. 7, MCBIA had not yet posted the list of homes or their addresses. Its Parade page says to "stay tuned for the official Parade of Homes map, participating home locations, and information about the Parade of Homes app." The 2026 Parade of Homes magazine is produced with Best Version Media. We will add the map and home list here when MCBIA publishes them.
MCBIA has not posted an admission price or any ticket or registration requirement. The association is based at 707 NE 25th Ave., Ocala.
Before You Go
- Plan a route once the map is out. The homes are spread across the county, so most visitors pick one area per day.
- Bring questions for the builders about lot sizes, HOA rules, impact fees and build times.
