What Is Texas Roadhouse Known For?

Texas Roadhouse sums up its menu as hand-cut steaks, fall-off-the-bone ribs, made-from-scratch sides, ice-cold beer and fresh-baked bread. The company says its steaks are USDA Choice, hand-cut by in-house meat cutters and never frozen, and its ribs go through a three-day preparation before they get the signature BBQ sauce.

Kent Taylor opened the first Texas Roadhouse in Clarksville, Indiana, in 1993. The Ocala restaurant is one of the chain's locations, run by a managing partner.
