About This Event

The City of Ocala brings back the Fort King Haunted Trail on Saturday, October 17, 2026, from 5 to 10 p.m. at the Fort King National Historic Landmark, 3925 E. Fort King St. in Ocala. The evening opens at 5 p.m. with Family Fun in the Fort, featuring food trucks, field games, photo opportunities, living historian demonstrations and a kids' trick-or-treating trail that runs until 8 p.m. From 7 to 9 p.m., the Marion County Public Library System and the Ocali Storytelling Guild present Phantoms in the Fort: Stories Under the Stars, and the spookier Fright Trail begins at 8 p.m. Admission is free, family-friendly costumes are welcome, and candy is provided for children.
