Suncoast Credit Union Opens Its First Ocala Branch at Liberty Triangle on SR 200

Suncoast Credit Union has opened its first branch in Ocala. The credit union's event page announced a grand opening for the Liberty Triangle branch at 8422 SW State Road 200, Ocala, FL 34481 on Tuesday, Oct. 6, 2026, from 10 to 11 a.m., describing it as "our first branch in Ocala." New members can still enter a grand opening raffle through the end of October.

Grand Opening and October Raffle

Suncoast's event page invited the public to the Oct. 6 grand opening to network with community leaders, Suncoast employees and members, and said new members would be eligible for limited-time promotions. For those who could not attend, the credit union is running a grand opening raffle for the entire month of October. New members can enter throughout the month, the branch selects one $500 winner each week for four weeks, and it selects one $1,000 winner at the end of the month. The event page does not list other entry rules.

What the Branch Offers

According to Suncoast's Liberty Triangle branch page, the branch sits off Highway 200 near the Sprouts in the Liberty Triangle plaza and offers full-service banking. Suncoast lists a 24-hour ATM, a walk-up Interactive Teller Machine with extended hours and access to live teller support, a coin machine, and English- and Spanish-speaking staff. The branch also accepts home equity loan and second mortgage applications.

Lobby hours are 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. Friday; the lobby is closed Saturday and Sunday. The branch page lists Suncoast's main number, (800) 999-5887, rather than a local line. The branch's Google Business Profile, checked Oct. 20, shows the same address, phone number and hours.

The branch page says people can become members online and then visit the Liberty Triangle branch for in-person service.

Nearest Other Suncoast Branches

Suncoast's branch locator shows Liberty Triangle as its only branch in Marion County. The nearest others it lists are in Wildwood (5625 Seven Mile Drive, Suite 102), Inverness (2367 East Gulf to Lake Highway), Crystal River (1039 NE 5th Street) and Bushnell (217 West Belt Avenue).

On the SR 200 Corridor

The branch joins a run of new businesses on State Road 200 in southwest Ocala, including the Potbelly at Corta Commons, which holds its grand opening Oct. 24.
